Alpha Phi Chapter, Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc., awards scholarships to African American women and men pursuing a nursing career and who meet the requirements. In addition to the instructions below, please read the application carefully and submit complete scholarship package. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

1. High School graduating seniors who wish to become registered nurses

      (Two scholarships at $250.00)
      a. Attends school in Stockton Unified, Lincoln Unified or Lodi Unified School     

          District.
      b. Fills out the official school application according to timelines &       

           guidelines. (Check with your school counselor)

2. San Joaquin Delta College (Two at $1000.00/year -renewable)
    a. Nursing student in the SJDC Nursing Program
    b. Official application through San Joaquin Delta College

3. Other Nursing Programs within the United States of America

   (Two at $500.00/yr)
    a. Enrolled in Certified Registered Nursing Program
    b. Advanced Nursing education program
